Problem with camera and memory card?

I have an Sd memory card, and an Sanyo Digital Camera. I had deleted all my pictures on accident and don't know how to get em back. And there not saved on my computer either. please help. and you can im me..mines is brittool1234@yahoo.com

once you have erased the memory card, go out and take some new pics, the ones erased are gone
