Sanyo digital camera vpcs500 takes pictures, can't get pictures off card have tried 3 stores, 7 machines? |
even people in camera departments are confused. say they will replace card but then she'll loose 100 pict. this camera no longer available and she doesn't have information to contact company for trouble shouting or recall list, don't find any thing on internet so far. the card is bad Its the stupid "photo centre" printing machines in the stores. Plug the camera into your computer and copy the files off the card. Then get a replacement card. |

I had a sanyo 6mp from walmart and my husband and I ended up taking it back. The picture quality was fine during the day but night pictures were horrible and since it doesn't have a viewfinder... THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO FOCUS. when you take pictures, you don't just press the flash and leave it like that. you have to press the button half way, then all the way. 1)you should c... on the 4 way dial on the back find the lighting bolt keep pressing that arrow until the screen says no flash ...Find a quiet place, get comfortable and read and study the Owner's Manual for your camera. Choose one feature or setting at a time, practice it until you understand it and then go to the next... My sister-in law just purchased one at Walmart in Ironton Ohio ... |
