HELP ON DIGITAL CAMERa!!?!? |
okay... so we had christmas early and i got this awesome digital camera... so we went to disneyland a cpuple of days later and i took alot of pictures and i relly want to put them on to my computer ( and also put videos on youtube) but my dumb computer wont download the pictures... i have put in the CD it comes with nd downloaded everything off of there but it wOnT WoRk!!! i try to install a new camera but it doesnt have the specific camera only KoDak!!! please help me.... my camera is a SANYO... Few things I could suggest you : You can download first the Sanyo camera software or specs in your computer before you can download your pictures... dont know sorry Get a card reader for your specific memory card then stick the memory card in the card reader. It's really very easy. Card readers have usb cord on one end and you connect that to your computer's usb port. Then it opens automatically. You can then copy the pictures to your computer. I recommend using rechargable AA batteries. Brand typically do not matter, but instead look for the mAh rating. The higher the better (and probably more expensive). ...What you need to do is find a program that will convert the file to a different format that doesn't take up so much space. Go to download.com and find a video editing program that's free... Have you dropped it? It sounds as though it has some internal problem. Have you tried replacing the battery? Since repairs will cost more than a new camera, use the Sanyo as a paperweight and bu... the card is bad go to yahoo search type photo rescue then get a new card that is my suggestion ...if you've done everything correctly, it may be malfunctioning. You need to get it repaired or replaced. You did not mention if you can still take pictures with it. ...The camera hospital if it is out of warranty .. otherwise contact Sanyo and send it back to them ...Once you copy your memory card to your computer you can again copy the same to a CD and can make extra copies and format the memory card in the camera itself and it is ready to shoot again with 1 G... I had a sanyo 6mp from walmart and my husband and I ended up taking it back. The picture quality was fine during the day but night pictures were horrible and since it doesn't have a viewfinder... |
