HOW DO I CHANGE THE size ON A SANYO VPC E760?

i cant not figure this thing out
under menu is

I was just wondering b/c when i e-mail my pix they are so large that i cant send but 1 or 2 at a time :( could you tell me the best way to send them faster of a size thats still clear and not too grainy b/c with my job i have to send photos in , in sets of 60

Set your resolution to 7M .. after all you spent the money for a 7MP sensor, use it all.
Set your quality to best ... same reason
The rest will not have much to do with the quality of your images except you need to shut off the date stamp-date feature ... That will ruin many great images due to the red/orange writing on the image
