Why isnt my sanyo s500 camera not working properly? |
when i turn it on the screen goes black or it says low battery. i know it doesnt have low battery because i just bought these batteries yesterday and it has been the first time i've used them. also, it wont take my memory card, it says NO CARD when i put it in. As long as it's under warranty, you should be able to return it directly to the store and get a replacement. Otherwise, you'll have to contact Sanyo about your problem, and they'll likely replace it for you: |
