I have lost the receipt, is there a way that i could send the camera to sanyo and they send a replacement cam? |
I didn't drop my camera but the inside of the screen looks busted. I can still take pics but i can't view them on the screen The only way a camera can get psychically busted is buy dropping it or banging it on something. Things just don't get psychically busted by themselves. Like said before contact the manufacture and if the camera is registered they will ask you to send it to them to determine if it is covered under warranty. I am telling you right now warranties do not cover abuse. If you registered your camera with the manufacturer, then you should be able to exchange your camera. Visit their website to find out what their policies are. If it was registered and still under warranty, contact them first to find out their policy. They may just have you exchange it in a bricks and mortar store. it wprth a try. e mail then and ask. |
