| *SoulEyes Photography>>>Slim Digital Camera |
I am after an inexpensive digital camera for my teenage son for xmas.does anyone know if Praktica ones are ok? |
i have seen a practika slim 315 for a reasonable price. Does anyone know if these are any good. I cant go too advanced because his pc only has windows 98se. digital camera and Windows 98 ... that what may be a concern. ask at PC World. Practika is a good camera. Just try to get as high resolution as you can afford i brought a praktica camera from tesco this year 5megapixels great little camera 拢39.99. tell you what to do, but a fuji6500fd an amazing SLR type camera and less than 150 pounds now. I use one for my everyday photos for when i do my gallery to work out the best shots without having to lug everything around, then get a photo printer or download a driver from microsoft, i use to use a fuji on 98 and ME so may not be a problem. But get a good camera that will last him a few years years. As for praktica my 1st camera was an MTL-5 i got it when i was 13 and i still have it and use it for black and white stills. I am now 40 and it is still the best camera i have ever owned but obviously its not digital. yes your better to find out if compatible first , to put photos on computer, if not its not a big prob, as just take card to a shop to do a print out of photos, the one camera make that i find of ease to use is the fujifilm ones , just so simple to take photo's and to down load on computer. some camera's you have to fiddle for ages to set the settings just to take a photo so beware !! happy hunting |
