Camera help please?

I want a new digital camera, can you please help me?
I want a pretty slim one, silver preferably(if not that's fine),& with the extras like sepia tone and b&w would be nice. What type would you recommend. Oh, and it has to be available in Peoria, Illinois. (example=best buy) Thanks so much!

After you decide what you want check the on-line sellers for prices..which will be much cheaper than Best Buy..Use the big ones I prefer dealing on Amazon.com, they list every seller's price and the buyers write reviews both positive and negative ..read those before buying as well..When you decide on a merchant you can check them out at
"resellersratings.com" show customer satisfaction as a rating scale from 1 to 10 and that sellers recent and overall numbers.. Like "expresscamera.com has a rating of 0.27...and over 1500 ratings of their business practices.."Bait and Switch..advertise extremely low prices but have you call to verify the order..sell you a poor substitute for much more than what you ordered and well over twice the price that item sells for on reputable sellers... If they say "you may have to call to verify" avoid that seller like a plague..
Lots of info. but buying on-line can be a pleasant or hellish experience..you can determine which you have!
