Which of these cameras is going to take the best quality pictures?

I really like taking pictures but I'd like to purchase a camera that I can do more w/ than just point and shoot....

So I've been checking out some older SLR Film cameras on ebay because even olderish digital slr's are pretty pricey... I'm trying to stick to Nikon since they are pretty dependable.... right now I'm watching an FM 10, and bidding on an EM and an FE

What I'd like to know is which one is going to take the best pictures? I've done some research and of course there are pros and cons about all of them... but I'm hoping one of you out there can tell me the truuuuue answer...

The Nikon FE2 is a bit better camera. It is really the lens and the photographer that will make the best pictures. I lied..It's the photographer.

Any SLR camera made by Nikon and Canon will take quality pictures.

It is the photographer who is in control of the camera that influences the quality.

Take a look at the N series cameras by Nikon as well. Craigslist has listings for a lot of good used 35mm cameras.

The FE is a solid all-metal chassis auto camera with full manual settings. It is much better built than the EM a a step above the FM10. I've had a two of them and was always satisfied with the camera.

Another hint, check your local Craigslist for deals on used film SLR cameras that you can handle and try before buying.

I hope this is helpful.
