I have a Cannon EOS D30. I take mostly pictures at motor racing events. I have a a 75-300 zoom lens that takes great pics but want to get better close ups. I have been told that Jessops hire lenses for cameras, Does anyone know if this is true? If not is there anywhere that does?? I don't know about in your area, but although we do have a limited access to rental gear in the Toronto, Canada area, its better to just bite the bullet and buy a bigger lens.
A teleconvertor while it may get you a little more subject in the picture, will also cut down on available light and make shooting more of a challenge. I've been looking at Canon lens in the 800mm and 1000mm range. They start at around $1000 and go up in price as thet lens get faster; not a lot of money if you've already spent large on a D30. hello friend

llpshop I bought this exact lens from this bloke. Every part of the listing is accurate inc. the no tax bit. It would cost you 拢749 over here. It's quick (f4 throughout) but big and heavy. I've used it for wildlife and sports and it's worth every penny.
