What's a good quality digital camera, easy to use, in medium price range?

Would like versatility in the camera if that's possible in a medium price range. I'm familiar with SLR 35mm with varied lens (e.g. wide angle, zoom).

try the Kodak EasyShare digital camera the C135 i have it is cheap and it works really good!!

Sony is the best Cameras, also Creative, but I have Sony and BenQ and I see the same quality yet almost 50% of Sony's price.
