What's the best digital camera for under ten dollars?

What's the best digital camera for under ten dollars? I'd really like an SLR with at least 30 megapixels and a 200X optical zoom, but I can only afford nine or ten dollars. That has to include the memory card. I'd like a 4GB memory card. What should I get?

Get those small keychain cameras! And is this really a joke or riddle? :S
If you get them you can take about 10 pixx then put it on your computer and delete them! They're pretty cool actually or maybe you can order them from scholastic they have pretty good ones!
