I am going to buy digital camera for personal use and photo printer!!!help to choose, plz!? |
I want to buy a digital camera. I don't know how to work with SLR camera, and the very important thing is the good quality of picturtes. I also want to get a photo printer. I don't care about the price, just want to be satysfied with the quality of pictures. So what can you advise ? any suggestions? thank u,thank u ,thank you!!!!!!!! Well, since money is no object all doors are open. The first question you *must* ask is what size pictures you are going to print. I like Kodak and they are not too expensive and they have package deals including camera, printer, and accessories, etc. Look here for digital cameras reviews http://search-pros.net/results.htm?cx=00... check the amount of pixels so you know how musch storage you have and the quality of pics. most come with an anti shake quality now, make sure you get that because it helps with quality of pics! talk to a rep at best buy, or wherever you plan to purchase from. they can help answer all your questions. I'm on my third Canon, started with the S30, sold that, bought an S410 then traded up to a S630. I didn't trade up because of dissatisfaction, I traded up because of newer technologies and the ease of selling my old cameras on ebay. I LOVE Canon cameras, and everyone of my close friends are also on their third or fourth (!) Canon. Compared to other digitals i've seen, the picture quality is equal or better than the best i've seen from Sony, Kodak, Minolta and so forth. Not only that, but they are durable and obviously someone put some thought into the industrial design of their bodies. As for your printer, I would go with any type of Epson photo printers. I'd go as high as your budget would allow, and if longevity of your prints is of importance, I'd choose a higher end model that uses their archival inks. Hope this helps! I know that everyone loves to print their pics at home now, but my best advice is to still take them somewhere to be printed. You will blow thru ink like there is no tomorrow and in the long run it is cheaper to send them out. the kodak easyshare z710 is a good camera and you can buy the docking unit to print your pixs right from the cam. Definitely Sony. Its the coca cola of digital cameras. The real thing. Check it out at http://www.geocities.com/lcming/sony |
