Important SLR camera question, please help me?

Does the Fujifilm FinePix S6000fd 6.3MP Digital SLR Camera lens come off so you can interchange it.

Although the lens LOOKS like a typical interchangeable SLR lens, the specifications indicate that it is not interchangeable.

The answer is no you can't change the lens. The only Fuji's you can are the current S3 (built on a Nikon N80 chasis) and the newly introduced, but not yet available S5 (built on a Nikon D200 Chasis)

No, this camera is a "prosumer" camera, which means it is expensive but not as expensive as an SLR. They normally come with a large zoom range lens (which this one does) but does not have interchangeable lens.
