What digital camera brand is the best according to use?

I have a Sony and LOVE it!

I have a Sony, but the Canon Rebel is probably the best out there. I used to work at a camera shop, and Canon is one of the best. Nikon is good, too!

For digital SLRs, look no further than Canon and Nikon. They are the best there is, from entry level to professional. Here's a list of the current models, in order of price and performance. (You get what you pay for.) With all of these prices, add a couple of hundred (or a couple of thousand) bucks for lenses and memory cards, depending on your requirements.

What are you going to do with it?

For action sports (and wedding receptions) I use my FujiFilm S2 Pro.

For portrait wedding photography I use my Kodak 14N.

I use a company called Tamron for all my lenses. They provide the best responce time and higher quality images.

Canon DSLR's are the best. I work in a camera store and all of us compare photos and Canon rocks! I could buy any digital camera I wanted but I bought a Canon 10D and then a 20D. I love the Image Stabilization lenses too.
