Which SLR-like digital camera should I buy?

I've narrowed my search down to 3 cameras which fall in my price range - Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8; Sony Cybershot DSC-H5; Fuji Finepix S6000fd - I'd appreciate feedback from owners and photographic enthusiasts.

1. Fujifilm Finepix S9600/9100 (the most SLR-like application)
2. Fujifilm Finepix S6000/6500fd (better IQ)
3 Lumix DMC FZ50 (better pixel with mega OIS)

These 3 are the prosumer camera that only have manual zoom + focus barrel which is quite similar to DSLR. This element is the key to boost you up as a pro-shooter by prosumer camera.

I have had the PENTAX Optio W10 (a slighty older version) for a few years now and I absoloutly LOVE it!
