Is leaving the lens on a digital slr camera bad? |
or should i take it off and put it away when i'm done using it? the way i see it is....the more i take the lens off the higher the chance of dust getting onto the sensor...or is that bad practice? Yes you are right I would leave it on.....if your going to change your lens try doing it with the camera facing down so you have a less of a risk of dust going into the body of the camera. if there is nt need to change the lens that i suggest tat u dun change it unnecssary as while changing the lens..dust might enter ur camera. living the camera lens on the dslr wont spoilt ur camera. just rmb when u change ur lens..face ur camera downwards to try to mininse the dust going into ur camera. Keep the lens on your camera. One is because you don't want dust to get in you sensor area. Two you could miss a shot if you have to put your lens on all the time. Three most bags are set up so you can store you camera with the lens on. You ALWAYS want to leave your lens on the camera. I'm just agreeing with everyone above me to reinforce their answers. |
