I need help with finding a Digital Camera. I am very close to just giving up on this.?

I am looking for a camera mostly for taking pictures at concerts (when a camera is allowed). I know I want a Point and Shoot, and nothing huge, it cannot look professional. But any ideas are helpful at this point.

I would like it to be under $400.00 (I hope this is not impossible to find)

-Over 4x Optical Zoom
-Image Stabilization
-Good Battery life (AA or not)
-Uses a SD Card
-At least 7.0 MP
-It is pretty important that it take decent pictures in low light and with movement
(at least 7/10). I am not expecting exceptional quality here just something better than the P.O.S. Sanyo VPC-603 that I have. I know an high ISO is helpful.
- I would like something with some manual settings, not an SLR but something I can play with to get a better picture.
- I also have seen that a Shutter Priority Mode and an Aperture Priority Mode are helpful in what I am looking for.

Contiued Below ----

-I would like something with some manual settings, again nothing like an SLR but something I can play with to get a better picture.

-I would like something with a quick start up and something with a fast recovery between shots.

-I am also interested in the Fireworks mode that I have seen recently.

-I do plan to use for everyday pictures as well, indoor and outdoor, for groups and camping/scenery.

--Something with good (not great) Video/sound quality, something that I would be able to adjust the recording sound would be great too.

I have searched and read reviews for over 20 cameras at newegg.com, amazon.com, buydig.com, bestbuy.com and pcmag.com. I am not sure if I have just looked too long or what but I can鈥檛 seem to find what I want.

If anyone can find anything close to this it is starting to look like it would be some kind of miracle. Bu like I said above anything better than the Sanyo is helpful. Thank you.
