I just got a Nikon F2 and the film advance crank/lever wont budge.? |
its an old slr camera thats in good condition except for this problem, i also got an Olypmpus OM-1 it is really simillar and it works perfect. so if any one knows what the problem is that would really help me out. i should add that it is a film camera not digital Is there film in it? It might be at the end of a roll. Hit the rewind button on bottom, flip the rewind lever and wind it up. If there was no tension at all on the rewind lever, then there's probably something jamming the mechanism and it will need a good clean, lube and adjust. Try opening up the back and rock the rewind spool back and forth with your thumb. If you get really lucky, it'll let go. |
