How do you make fake things look real?

childbirth and pregnant bellies and your waters breaking. i like acting childbirth we have a small groupe we play it together how do we make it look real to recorde with a digital camera. we want to look hot sweaty pregnant and as tho we are giving birth

Go to the hospital there are plenty of pregnant women there. Just go to the delivery department and maybe someone will let you film them.. if you give them money maybe.

if you watch 'Discovery Health' and channels like that they have documentaries that show women giving birth. you may find it useful.
