How to change fonts in Picture package.?

I can not read the fonts in a program by Sony called Picture Package. It came with my sony Digital still camera. The fonts are so small they looked blurred. How can I change them?

Probably you can't.
Check the options or preferences tabs (usually subtabs found under file, edit, or tools) and see if you can change the appearance. If this is not an option you are out of luck.
