i cant find the right settings for best quality pictures =/

You can't just use one best setting for all condition in which you're going to take picture with your camera.
The best you can do right now is to use automatic mode and in the meantime you can learn about photography on how to take pictures with a more advanced setting. Be willing to learn - either from your friends, from the manual, or from experience by trial and error.
