I took clear dig pic of a UFO above house on Halloween. How can I find out what it is?

When I went to look at the digital photo on my computer, I could see the small faint object above the home. So I sent it to my HP digital photo program to give it a closer look. I zoomed in on the object, several times It is strange. I brightened the photo to see if I could view the object better. I am wondering what you think this could be? I sent it to CSETI.org. I got a response that said it could be an alien craft, or a test craft, the image appears to be morphing, and so they also said that it could be practicing phase-shifting, going into another dimension. They said if I captured this with my digital camera, it is truly amazing. I am wondering what more I can do to investigate what the photo actually is. It is not a saucer shaped craft, but looks more like the Star Trek Enterprise craft. I would appreciate any advice you can give about how to find out what it is, where to send my photograph, and who to contact. Thank you.

thanks - I reported it to NUFORC. I printed it out as well, it looks like it is disappearing into a worm hole... you can see the actual trails of light shooting off from it all the way around it! This photo is awesome...wish I could share it with someone who knows what it could be!!!
