Is there any way I can get things back from my ex who stole them from me?

I just got out of a two yr relationship, but my boyfriend was living with me at the time and i was buying everything cuz he had no job. well he told me he was just going on vacation for a week and then never came back. i later found out he got married three weeks after he left. and had been engaged for two months to another woman, he stole an expensive digital camera, $700 cash, plus many other smaller items. i wondered if legally there was anyway i could get my stuff back even though I'm not exactly sure where he is at. i know a town he lives in or its a town close to the area. What can i do??

Call the cops. File a report. Check in with them weekly to see what's happening.
