How do I watch my video clip slowed down or frame by frame?

Hi, I've got a digital camera that created small video clips as .mov , these play back in quicktime,
How can I slow down the video and even play it frame by frame? Is there a good player available someplace?

Using QuickTime player you should be able to change the playback speed.
