How can i clean the scratches of the LCD of my digital cameras?

my cam's LCD has small scratches that forms like small webs. iS there any possible way to clean this? or even just to minimize it.

Most LCD / TFT panels you can't buff or rub out a scratch! The only way of getting rid of them is with Vaseline which has an optical density that very closely matches that of the LCD screen material. It works kind of like vanishing cream, so the scratch is still there but very hard to see.

To do this, clean the surface of the screen and then use a cotton swap to fill the scratch with a tiny bit of Vaseline. Now gently wipe off the excess Vaseline. Take care not to wipe too forcefully so that you leave some inside the scratch.

There are some vague products that claim to fix scratches but no screen manufacturer or seller in the industry will endorse them.

only thing i know of is the stuff they use for scratch repair on lens of glass's like the ones you see with. some places like Walgreen's,rite-aid carry it, and sold online


sorry that's the only thing i can think of.

you can buy a screen protector. it is plastic film that covers the LCS screen so that you wont add anymore scratches. it will just minimize but not totally protect the screen. take good care of the LCD, very expensive to replace...
