Make your own personalized picture frame to give to each person and put the pictures you took in them.You can personalize it from what you guys experienced this year or the things each person likes.Put little sayings on them like "congrats" or "You did it!" You can make frames with practically anything so this will be a inexpensive thing, plus it came from you.

Aww first off congratulations on graduating eighth grade, what an exciting moment in your life.

Here are a couple suggestions:
If you have some blank CDs (the kind you can download pictures on) around you could do a couple of things:
1) Make each friend their own "slide show" of pictures
2) Make some type of powerpoint, okay I know this sounds boring but..you could have a picture and than decorate each slide with words and other
clip art that reflects your friendship with them.

If you are crafty:
You could take one of the pictures of each of your friends and put it in an inexpensive picture frame (can find them at the dollar store)
You could make each friend a card with a picture
on the inside

If all of your friends are girls you could make each girl a bracelet with her name on it.

You could make a "year book" , one with just a bunch of pictures of you and all of your friends.
