My favorite is the EXILIM Card EX-S770. I had the EX-S100 and i liked that it was very thin small and light. Also it has almost no delay from switching it on and taking the first shot. Is there an alternative and did you have any experiences using the Sony GPS CS1 with it? The recommendation will depend a lot on what you want to do and how much budget do you have, of course...Before I bought mine I checked this website: www.dpreview.com
