What's the best kind of camera for photography? |
Me and my friend are opening up a small photography company where we will be taking most of our pictures outside. What would be the best digital camera on the market right now for professional photography? for photography,it is better for you to choose an a SLR(single lens reflect) type. Nowadays there are plenty of the entry level SLR on the market. The most popular is the canon EOS series..Besides it also have additional lens for advanced shot or environment for better quality. The size might bigger than a normal digital cameras, but it comes with more advanced function what normal digital cameras didn't offer fujifilm A Canon Digital Rebel. Canon invented digital so they are way ahead of the others. The Rebel is top notch, especially for outdoor pictures. My family owns a photography company as well and we do all outdoor shoots. i think nicon cameras are the best for this check this site. very reputable dealer. Most professionals would reccomend the "Canon EOS 1D Mark III"..... Either Canon or Nikon would be fine ... they are both top cameras. But you should be asking more questions ... like, how much should we spend, what types of lenses should we get (assuming you go DSLR which is what most professional digital shooters use), what type of lighting should we buy (yep, a good pro even uses lighting outside ... cuts down on shadowing), then there's the computer system and software ... etc. Make sure you think through as many details as possible before you dive in !! check out fuji S5PRO rated as one of if not the best SLRs for wedding and portraits. I'm a Pro Wedding photographer and I use Pentax DSLR's exclusively. They make the best prime lenses and are usually the most cost effective. Don't believe anyone who says Canon or Nikon only, that line comes from the sheer amount of people who buy their products without doing their research first. Those who really know their stuff know that brands don't matter, all DSLR's are very high quality (including Canon and Nikon but not limited to) and you need to try as many of them out as you can before deciding. You may really hate the feel of the Canon cameras, maybe you'll like them, but unless you try them all out, what can you compare against? Olympus, Sony, Nikon, Pentax, Canon, Leica, and Fujifilm all make great DSLR's that are worth every penny they ask for them. Hasselblad H3 D-39 . It takes nice pics. I don't think Walmart carries it anymore though... 5D will do or wait for D3 of nikon.. Get the Fujifilm S5 Pro UVIR edition. It sees visible light, near infrared, and near ultraviolet. Get a very sturdy tripod and learn to do HDR (high dynamic range) photography. Like some other Fujifilm DSLRs, it has two different size pixels for an increased dynamic range. That's a tough question. If you two are truly opening up a photography company, I hope you have some experience in photography & cameras. That's like going into auto racing and not knowing about cars. |
