Picture taken in clip mode on SONY Digital camera?

I need suggestion as to how I can save individual pictures and make them sharper, since in clip mode the individual pictures move fast like a slide show, and I cannot freeze them and save them indiviually. Also in clip mode they r visible in a small size of approximately 2" x 3", How can I make them sharper and view them in full screen. Any help will be appreciated
