Can anyone recommend a decent digital camera?

Looking for a recognised make but don't need anything fancy. Something small and under about 拢60. Thanks!

I have a cannon powershot and it works really well and ive never had a camera that ive liked this much.

Olympus's are good quality but i think they are a bit more than 拢60, if you want a reasonable one then I'd set your price up a bit higher. x

i dont think your going to get anything very good for that price, it would be worth while splasing out a bit, you can get very good quality sony cyber shot cameras for around 100 - 130 pounds if you shop around. These are very good and will last you forever. I think its worth paying that bit extra for the amount of improvment you get.

Ricoh are one of the best digital cameras around. Not sure if they have one for under 拢60 though

Kodak is the best for the money the little printers that some come with are GREAT!!! but if you don't like Kodak pretty much all name brand ones are nice make sure they are at least 4 mega pixels.

Quality costs money, but I highly recommend the Canon Powershot....I got one for Christmas and have not had any problems so far.

Just go for Sony brand. Any one depends on your budget.

errrr..take my advise ..raise your budjet and go for somefing which might cost you bit more but at least you do`t regret it. or could call it money wel spent...now which camera to go for?
SONY CYBER SHOT are the best at the moment. you can attach it wid almost all the sony makes like laptops,pc`s,dvd players etc...and they keep hold to their values(if you wana sell it in future) .i hope you understand what imean..;) all the best!!!

I recommend a Canon camera. You may be able to find a used digital canon camera at a very good price. I have an old Canon Powershot A50 that I bought in 2000, it goes for about $5 on ebay now. It has less megapixels than my other digital cameras (not including the cameraphone lol), but it takes great pictures, much better than the $20 digital cameras at Walmart that I got the kids for Christmas. If you're looking for quality at a good price, definitely buy used.

I reccomend the Canon Powershot. It comes in a variety.
I personally own the Canon Powershot A60 and am very happy with it.
As to price, talk to someone at a major camera store by you.
Better to spend a little more on something that will suit your needs for several years to come than buy something that will only last a few years.
Write down what your uses for it will be and then find a camera that will fit those uses.
