Alright I need a digital camera?

I need a digital camera for taking pictures for when I am in Brazil for a year. It should be small so I can fit it in my pocket, it should take great pictures and it should have optical image stabilization. I was looking at the sony w55 but it has no OIS. it should also be under like 200 or 220. any ideas?

Canon SD600 its the best. I am using it.
