I'm looking for a small digicam with a short Shutter Lag??

I'm tired of missing great pic opportunities, howeverI don't want to have a camera the size of a brick...something that fits into my handbag would be great. How do I know, by looking at the specs, how quick the photo is taken(I can't see "Shutter Lag" anywhere on the photos I'm looking at!! THX

Go for a Nikon CoolPix very good camera and at an affordable price. I have this camera and it is great. Absolutely no shutter lag. It is small and easy to carry.

If you do like my suggestion then here is the Nikon site. They are available at Wal-Mart and other retail stores. Go for the ones that are the coolpix L10 and so on. They are cheaper and unless you are a proffesional you won't need a really expensive one.
