Why is my nephew Bubba so pissed off at Obama's diss of small town America?

Bubba and I live in Louisiana. We're both white. We both live in a small town. And we both voted for Obama. But now Bubba and I are having buyer's remorse. Bubba says that Obama's comments that we are "bitter" doesn't really bother him, but the fact that he said that we judge people because they look different than us is just plain wrong. Especially since we've already proven him wrong by voting for him.

Bubba says that he will vote for McCain before he will vote for a man who chooses to reveal his true feelings, about illegal immigration, off camera in the sanctuary city of San Francisco. Bubba may have an irrational hatred of San Francisco, but I don't. I just think they're stupid for laying off city workers, due to budget constraints, one day and inviting all illegals to partake of their social services the next.

So Bubba and I are having buyers remorse. Worse than that. Now we are really bitter.

Once we were blind, but now we can see.

I am willing to put my hand on a Bible and take an oath to God that I do have a nephew named Bubbah, we did have this conversation and my comments are an accurate depiction of our true feelings.

It's good that you and Bubba realized this mistake before it's too late...glad to know Bubba is voting for the only real candidate in this election, and hopefully you will follow his lead...
