I am paying a horrible price for a small mistake?

My friend has been out of jail for 4 months now. She has an 18 month old daughter. She works in a certain Pizza place. She needs to keep her job, to stay on parole, or else she has to finish the other three years.

She has to pay rent, keep a cell phone, buy groceries, and have car fare to work, and pampers for the baby.
To amke the difference she has borrowed $20 a couple of times from the register.

Her boss called her in the office and showed her that a hidden camera is in the place. He told me that he has me on camera taking money 9 times. And is going to tell my Parole officer
unless I give him the money back and do what else he says.

I offered him the money but he says that is alright. He rather have something else. He is ugly, sloppy smelly and greasy!
His breath stinks and his teeth are bad.

I did what he said, three times now. Each time he gets worst and more disgusting. I need the job to stay on Parole, but I really want to kill him. What should I do!!!!?

He has done something, I never did before. It hurts and he would not stop!
I have a child , and I never took from him 9 times only 5! He says 9 times. I tried to give the money back. He won't take it.

Taking money out of the register is not borrowing, it's stealing.

However, raping an employee by blackmailing her is raping an employee. The only way you are going to stop this is to tell your PO ASAP!!

Go to the emergency room at the hospital and tell them what you said here. They will examine you and take samples and document their findings.

The man is a rapist and you should not allow him to do this to you....no matter what you did.

Tell your parole officer what's going on and get their guidance on what you can or should do next. You don't need *that* particular job to stay on parole.

Meanwhile, stop stealing money from the till. It's hard enough to get a job with a record; you're only hurting yourself by making good references impossible, too.

Whatever you have to do. You stole the money didn't you? You made a choice and now you have to continue to make a choice. Say no and go back to jail or keep on paying for your sticky fingers.

Dunno who you're talking about but it sounds like you're sorta screwed. Maybe you should carry a micro cassete recorder and tape HIM asking you to do those "things" and make a copy of it and play it for him....Then you'd have one on him too.

She needs to talk to her Parole officer, That guy belongs behind Bars Way more than your friend,Tell her to tell her probation officer every detail includind taking the money!!!

Well, the first thing is try to keep your story straight.... you switch from "my friend" taking $20 from the till to "he has me on camera" in mid sentence.

You go from talking about someone else to yourself mid-quesiton. Get your story straight.

Find another job fast. Don't quit the job you have until you have a new one.

Fess up to your parole officer and get him on tape for the things he did to you. He broke the law as well.

I think "your friend" needs to find another job to stay on parole.

You don't have a lot of choices.

Go to the police right now and tell them what has happened and what your boss is doing. Report him to the corporate office of the company you work for and your state Employment Security Commission or Labor Board. Get a lawyer through the ESC or Legal Services. Sue the boss and the company for sexual harrassment and sexual assault. Have the police charge this guy with rape, if he has had sex with you. Deal with the consequences of the theft (which the company might not press charges on since you now have the power to sue them for millions of dollars).

you or "your friend" made a big mistake. You are on parole so you were in jail for another "mistake" and then you get caught stealing money and then you decide instead of getting fired to have sex with your boss. You don't have to keep that job be on parole, you just have to have a job so find another. Then decide if you will tell your PO that you stole and what your boss is making you do. I don't feel the least bit sorry for you but I do feel bad for that baby!!!

Obviously this person who stole money belongs in some kind of correctional facility. There is right and wrong. They went there once, repeated the mistake, and are putting a child's young welfare in danger. If this person can't take care of her child then she might need to consider other options for the small child that depends on her.

Stealing is wrong. There are plenty of other things that could have been done. Stealing 9 times is no small mistake.

your best bet would be to make a complaint to law enforcement yourself,that as simple as telling your PO what he is doing to you,what he is doing is "rape by coersion" and a dozen other criminal offenses.You would get nothing for violating your parole and he'd go to prison..your other choice are find another job,or keep being his plaything,if you do that his "price" is gonna keep getting worse as youbecome more and more de-humanised to him,so expect to start being used in some really unique ways soon,once the "new toy" feeling wears off for him.

Check with your parole officer and see if you can get another job somewhere else like another pizza place. He is doing something illegal himself, but it's your word against him and you are the one that keeps taking money from the draw. I'm sorry to say, but you need to learn to not take things that do not belong to you. This is a life lesson. Now I would bet that your parole has nothing to do with working at that particular pizza place, they just expect you to stay employed. Please check on this, then get a job elsewhere, so then you can quit that scuzzy place.
