What to bring to Warped Tour?

Okay well it's my first time going. I'm a little scared and also excited. What's it going to be like? Any tips? Or personal experience?

I just want to have fun and see a few of my favorite bands.

So in a small bag I'll bring:
-bottled water
-mini-sunscreen
-camera
-money
-snacks?
-cellphone
-ticket?

yeah, is that good?

*Oh and is it true that if you draw a black X on your hand, they won't be rough with you?

And what should I wear?

ok, it helps to eat a really good break fast before you leave, that way you're not as hungry throughout the day.
Bring cash because you will want something cold, whether its a gatorade or a snow cone. Also, it might help to bring a pen or marker to write down when bands play, or to even help get an autograph.

as far as what to wear for a girl, id say a cap, cotton shirt and shorts. the times i wore a tank top the sun really hurt my shoulder blades, no matter how much sunscreen i put on.

i've been to 5 warped tours and have yet to get X's on my hand. so don't worry about that.

Final words: beware of the heat, the crowd surfers, moshers, and sometimes flying water bottles. But if yr really there for the music, it'll be the BEST DAY of yr whole year. Hope this was of help. Have fun!

dont bring expensive glasses or clothes, make sure its like a back pack(small sportsone, wear something comforatble, it really depends on what you are planning on doing if your going in the crowd as in next to the stage or just walking around and watching from a far/ the small stages, ive never heard of the black x thing thats funny actually, dont go in pits where you dont belong and pretty much every one helps everyone, most people are trying to have fun not hurt people, have fun i cant go. bring WATER!!!!!!!! and try to get in early they usually hand out free stuff to the first people to get the booths

Yeah, it's going to be my first time going to and I asked a couple q's about it.

-I heard it's all day. Wear comfy clothes/shoes. Don't wear sandals
-i heard the food/drinks are rip offs so yeah, bring your own food. But bring money for water because it'll probably get hot
-havent heard of the black X thing?
-heard there will be LOTS of mosh pits

I heard people say to bring for own food because food lines are long.
I also heard that the only injuries are peoples feet getting stepped on.
Wear something comfortable that you won't get over heated in. In case it's hot of course.

if people want to judge you, thats their problem.
and the black x just means your straightedge.
that means you dont do drugs participate in promiscuous sex, or drink alcohol.
