Does anyone know of any sites with free stock images/photography for graphic design? Yep go to www.sxc.hu. That's what i use. Their images are mostly ok because they come in high enough resolution. http://www.freeimages.co.uk/ or sign up with www.istockphoto.com and you will receive FREE royalty-free images periodically through its e-newsletter you can try http://www.imageafter.com/ or just try searching for "free high res images" www.sxc.hu its the stock exchange, its free to sign up and post pictures and they have tons of photos and images all categorized very well. yes! go to Flickr.com and copy and paste photographer's photos who absolutely have no copy rights which is 99% of the people who join. What I do is copy their photos and manipulate them in Photo Shop to were no one will notice for my web designs. They look like generic Stock photos for free. :) or go to IstockPhoto.com and pay a miserable $1-2 a Photo. |
