Photography Assignments/Selling?

Ok so I thank all of you who answered my last question saying stock photography is the best way to making money but I was wondering if there are any sites that offer paid assignments or pay you up front for selling your photos exclusively to them...or not exclusively would be cool too ^^ I was also looking for sites that pay you for weather photos (other than weatherstock which is a real pain). Any answers or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Here is one site you could consider or atleast look at it to get an idea of what is in their stock right now. Keep in mind about stock agencies if the agency is to big you will not sell to many images because of all the other photographers they have. If the agency is to small they do not have the contacts that the big companies have. So make sure you read the fine print before signing on to agency and follow their rules or you will get rejected.
