How can I get my PC to detect my camera without install disc?

I own a fujifilm s5100 digital camera but I can't find my disc to load onto my computer. I've tried just using the usb port but
it's not detecting the camera. Someone, Anyone please help.

plug in camera like usual
some cameras have to be in review mode
go to my computer
you should see your camera listed on one of the drives

If USB isnt detecting, the best idea will be downloading the driver from fuji website.
