Kodak easyshare, camera transfering problems? help please?

i have a digital camera that like also takes videos, but when i transfer the videos onto the computer, they have no audio. this never used to happen and yes i check all the audio settings. why is it doing this

maybe reload the program i have it too and its been funny a few times
