Sony cyber shot camera s 600 or w 70?

i decided to purchase a sony digital camera i have selected two models s600 and w70. i think that w70 is costly. i need camera just to take pictures not professional use. please suggest me one model. but my friends telling cannon is best. my budget is around Rs.10,000. please suggest me your idea

s600 has internal memory of 32mb please tell me how many pictures can i store in 32mb
