How do i compress my video file from 34 mb to 10mb or lower?

i used a digital camera, and i recorded something for about 1min 30secs, and it was 34 mb of space, how can i reduce it, i don't mind if the quality is also reduced.

You need video editing software, try Movie Maker (if you're using XP).

Try re-encoding it to divx
