I use a USB cable to hook up my digital camera and mp3 player to my computer.
the computer does not respond.
i went to the windows media player and a window popped up and said i had and error (C00D11D2) i dont know what to do.
my Usb cable works because my mp3 player wont charge but i cant change the songs and i cant get pictures off my digital camera.
what should i do? Have you installed the drives for your mp3 and camera. They should have come with a disc for you to install some software. If you can try it on another computer or try another USB cable - this may help you to eIiminate what is at fault. hope this helps. |
