Is there an adapter/converter for SD card and Sony pro duo?

I have a PALM PDA that uses SD media. My digital camera uses PRO DUO by Sony. Is there an adapter out there which I can use to plug my Pro Duo card into a SD card slot?

no, nor would if be very praticle either. The sizes are very different and the sony stick would be sticking way out.
You might be able to get a flash card reader for your PDA though your sync port. But I don't know where one would find one, if they do even make one.
