Quick question?? |
Do all digital cameras use the same memory card? I'v been looking for a bigger memory card for a digital Cannon camera that i have but all the ones i found looked the same! Do they all use the same kind! To add to the info above... a mojorady of digital cameras use the same card but the size of the cvard might differ no some have mini SD cards and others Have standard ones. check the manual or the website of the digital camera. No there a lot of different types out there. I'ts not true.. If you have a Canon DSLR the card is a CF. All DSLR cameras use CF cards (except for the Fujifilm FinePix S3 Pro which uses either a CF or xD-Picture Card) No, there are many different types of memory cards - here's a good explanation of the current crop of memory cards: You don't say what model Canon you have, but Canon's point and shoot cameras all use SD cards, as far as I know. If you go to www.dpreview.com you can look up the specs for your particular model. Or check your owner's manual. |
