Is it possible to hook up an LCD from a camera to my P.C to use as monitor?

Can I hook up a LCD display taken from a device such as a digital camera to my P.C. so I can use it as a tiny monitor? I searched google for this but couldn't find any relevant info.

Highly doubtfull considering you would need some technical experience, be able to read a schematic, spend a fortune on building your own adapter! Then it wouldnt be vary feasible!

I would say that the definition on the camera screen will too small to make things out
