Z1 Fujifilm camera len faulty?

My digital camera Z1 len suddenly faulty within 1 and half year, agent cannot explain of the sudden breakdown. I did not drop my camera and it only use no more than 20 shootings. Warranty expiry and cost for the repair S$292 !!! (quite upset). Need to find alternative repair centre? Any kind heart please advise. Thanks
