How do i use the flash on my camera??

my digital camera is a DXG 5.1 mega pixel(model 568).and i dont know how to use the flash!if you have this camera too please help me! i turned off the flash but i dont really remember how to get the flash back on.i really don't like this camera.Does anyone know if this is a bad model of camera?
