so i have a new mini dv camera that also has a cassette. there is also a memory card as well. but my concern is that can i shoot moving images onto the memory card and then transfer it to the computer to edit it? and with video camcordesr that use cassettes, can u transfer those videos on to a computer also ? (two questions) Your Mini DV should have accompanying disks which contain the necessary software to edit the videos. These videos can eventually be turned into a VCD or DVD or streamed online or back to your Mini DV. You should also check your manual on what cables to use. If you have a newer computer, you may connect your camera using a firewire or USB connection. These are the possible connections for video editing. |
