Hi, I have a Sony Cybershot (DSC-H2) camera, it uses the proprietary mpegmovievx. Is there any way to encode videos in this format to be viewable on the camera? So far I have only found 1 program that claims to do this, and it's not free. There must be more encoders out there; it's been out for a long time and very popular. I'm sure a lot of people would be interested in an answer. It would enable you to play videos/DVDs/edited clips on your camera.
This is the only one I can find: Digital Camera Media Studio by makayama.

Please find or tell of another method! Sony is VERY stubborn about this, so you're probably going to have to hunt for someone who created a program for personal use. I'm fairly certain Sony wouldn't let a program out that didn't cost an arm and a leg...
But, regardless I hope you find what you're looking for! Hi, perhaps you can also try google picasa.
picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
Download it free and just have a try:
